Melinda coaches by phone or Skype, so no matter where you are, she can work with you. The rate is $110 per hour (ex GST). She may be persuaded to do a face to face session though it is hard to extract her from the Fleurieu.  You can suggest visiting her on the coast and trying to bribe her with excellent red wine.
