ZenCart Tutorial Videos
If we have installed a shopping cart site for you, it is probably ZenCart and you are going to want to watch these videos! They will take you step-by-step through the things you need to know to operate your new site.
Just click on a topic and the video will load into a pop-up window (make sure you don’t have pop-ups switched off or you won’t see them) – you can come back and watch them whenever you need to. We hope you find them useful.
The things that you will need to do as part of the maintenance of your new ecommerce store are:

Most of you will not need to watch these videos though. if you are going to change the configuration of your store – be careful and always test the results! You may find that one small change has ramifications for all your customer’s orders in ways that you had not anticipated!

Some people using Internet Explorer seem to have trouble with some of these videos (though we have tried to replicate the problem on IE and cannot). If you are having trouble we highly recommend you download the free Mozilla browser called Firefox. It is a much better browser than Internet Explorer, and you will find your web experience much improved. You can download it here.
