In the “old days”, we took a laissez faire approach to working with our clients. We worked entirely at our clients pace throughout the whole project. Because of this some projects took a year or more to complete. That was fine when we were starting out, but we are older and wiser now and have learnt the hard way that expectations should be crystal clear at the beginning and that good project management is proactive project management!
So, it may seem a little over-protective or, dare we say, precious (!) in places, but our Service Agreement has been shaped purely from our experience of what is required to make your web project run smoothly and on time and budget!
