Adding a New Page
Adding new pages into our CMS is really easy. Once logged in, go to content management section in the left hand menu and click on "Add New Page". You can then add all the info to your new page and once you display it, it will appear in the navigation of your site.

Adding Text
Once you are in page edit mode, you can easily add text to your web page. Our editor will allow you to enter and format the text very simply. If you know how to use Microsoft Word, you will have no problems using our CMS editor.

Formatting Text
You want to make your web page look professional. Our editor allows you to format the text of your web pages. You can apply a range of formatting options like titles, fonts, size, colour, superscript, subscript, bullet points, background colour etc using simple icons within the editor.

Adding an Image
You can easily upload images to your web page. Find the images on your computer, and click a button to upload to your server. You then have options to set the width and height of the image along with the alt text. You can also create image links to web pages or documents (eg PDFs).

Adding a Link
You can easily interlink your site's pages or add external links(ie to other websites). Select the text that you want to link (eg "Click Here!") then specify the link URL in the popup window and you are done! You can also browse the server if you are not sure of the link name. You can set the link to open in a new window - so your site will remain open underneath.

Show and Hide Pages
Our CMS has the ability to hide web pages that you don't want others to be able to see. This is great for seasonal offers or information, or pages that you haven't yet finished. Just click the "Show" button when you want the page to be accessible again.

Change Page Sort Order
You can change the order in which pages appear in the navigation system. You can move pages up or down the navigation list simply by changing its "Sort Order" number.

Adding Meta Tags
Meta tags are important for your site to get good page rankings on the search engines. Our CMS editor has fields to add and edit meta tags like page title (most important for SEO), description, keywords, link title etc. This means you will get more traffic for your relevant keywords. SEO Friendly URLs
Our Content Management System (CMS) web pages are SEO friendly. In other words, your URL (page address) uses search engine friendly protocols to help you to get better search engine rankings for your most important keywords.

Change Password
If you want to change your administrator password, you can do so from the account settings tab. Just enter your current password (for security reasons) then enter your new password and its done! It is good practice to change your password regularly (and, for tighter security, make sure it is made up of letters AND numbers).
