Setting Up Payment Modules
Zen Cart comes with a range of built in Payment Modules, the most popular of which is Pay Pal, but with many others, which can be switched on. You can decide which payment methods you want to accept.

Add New Categories
If you decide you want a new category as your business expands, it is simple to create a new one. You simply go to the Catalog > Categories/Products area, and click on the New Category button.

A new blank category will appear and you simply add you new category here, its description and a photo if you wish.

Stock Control
You can use the stock control function to enter the number of available products. Your site will tell customers when a product is sold out, and you will be alerted when your stock levels of a particular item reach the threshold you specify.

You Can Edit Content on Your Site
Not only can you upload photos and edit product descriptions, but you can also edit existing pages on your site, or add new ones. The EZPages editor allows you to add pages and edit them, and the Define Pages editor allows you to edit existing pages.

Zen Cart will keep track of the status of your orders. You decide at which point you want to notify your customers of their order status.

Setting Product Attributes
You can set product attributes, and then add the various option values to these attributes - for example, setting the colour attribute then allows you to add a range of colours.

Set and add currencies
You can set which currencies you will accept and also add new ones as your customer base increases. This is easily done in the administration area by going to Localization > Currencies.
