This is a CMS site with a course registration, calendar and gift certificate system. It enables people to register for a course they wish to attend, to pay for that course, be booked into the course, and for that to appear on a booking sheet for admin. It also has a custom gift certificate system including admin generated vouchers for staff.
Safecity Services Pty Ltd is a fully Australian owned security company specialising in the provision of security services in Australia and overseas. This is a standard Joomla website with shopping cart functionality and custom forms compononent to allow admin to create various forms processed via PayPal.
This shopping cart site showcases the wonderful product range of Adelaide clothing company: Saltbush. It uses rotating images and a different home page layout, as well as colour palletes for each item.
This is a skinning and installation of Moodle, with a special liquid design feature - that enables the design to automatically adjust to the width of each person's browser window.

Resources and Availability

WebCare Solutions carefully manages its workload to ensure that it does not take on more projects that it can manage effectively. We use a state of the art web-based project management system to document and monitor each project that we embark upon.  Team members are allocated to each project by the Project Manager to ensure the particular skill set and knowledge requirements for that project are met. Individual tasks are then entered into the system, with due dates and are monitored by the Project Manger to ensure timely completion.

We globally monitor our resources to ensure that we have available capacity to take on new work.  If we get to the point of maximum capacity, then we delay the commencement of new work in order to maintain standards of quality and timeliness.

We use a combination of Macs and PCs and high speed internet connections. We also operate our own server, located in the Fujitsu Data Centre in Melbourne, Australia. This state of the art facility has multiple redundant features from power sources to data providers and switching equipment. The primary data supplier is Optus.  We host client accounts on this server, as well as use it for website testing.
